A U.S. Postal Service vehicle caught fire on the side of a busy East Tennessee route Monday afternoon.

The driver of the vehicle pulled to the side of Pellissippi Parkway near Dutchtown Road because of a problem with the vehicle. As you can see, the truck caught fire and the flames nearly consumed the vehicle.

There’s no word on if the truck was loaded with mail, but luckily, the driver escaped unharmed.
