  1. The fact is someone ran a red light
Traffic lights are a old enforcement tool
Many traffic lights don’t even operate properly
Traffic lights are wasting time, valuable fuel resources
We need a better system of traffic being able to pass with no hinderance, avoiding all traffic in other directions
Trump should initiate a traffic light abandonment futuristic plan into the infrastructure updates–do away with traffic lights and keep traffic flowing not compounding fuel resource waste across the Country, not to mention the lost of lives to a old enforcement tool across the Country.
    My condolences to the family.
