Video captured in Rochester shows someone stealing mail from a porch.

The video was taken in the South Wedge neighborhood. A man riding a bicycle and carrying several bags stops and appears to look around. He then walks up on the porch and puts a mail package into a garbage bag and rides away.

The woman who sent us the video says the Rochester Police Department told her these thefts are handled by the postal service.
