10/22/2017 SAN RAMON, Calif. (KTVU) – One person has died after a big rig veered of the freeway in San Ramon.

The crash happened around 7 o’clock Saturday morning, near Interstate 680 and San Ramon Valley Boulevard. The northbound lanes of San Ramon Valley Boulevard are closed between Alcosta and Pine Valley Roads.

The big rig was traveling down 680, when the driver crashed through a chain link fence. The driver died in the accident.
