USPS a goverment job? Wrong,usps is not a government job, all wages are paid by the income generated from postage. No tax dollars therefore not a government job. Goverment agency? Wrong again. All wages and benefits are part of the contract between union and postal management, nothing to do with congress. Career employee makes 5 to 10 times more? Wrong again. if a cca makes $15.00 then a regular makes $75.00 to $150.00 ? I wish. CCA are temp jobs, and all know that when they are hired. If you do not like the wages then do not take the job.
USPS a Government job treat new employees with no respect,care, no equal opportunity. The new position as cca or pse clerk, sales, clean and maintance making only $ 12,00 to $ 15.00 per hour with no benefits, no vacation paid, no health insurance, no sick leave, no guarantee hours, no career job, has to separate from the company every year for 5 days, can not carry over hours from preview year, if has qualification and skills can not apply for high levels positions because they are not qualify career employees, has no support by union whatsoever doing the same or better job from career employees how the Congress and Government let this type of situation happen inside the Government agency? There has nothing to do with congress, Has to do with OPM inside the white house. Can anyone respond me how the career employee and Management make five to ten times much more from others employees with potential to run this business in better directons. How they get way with that and Mrs. President labor depto investigation do not involve.
