  1. The vast majority of our mail carriers deliver by 6pm, however, there are times when delays cannot be prevented. Inclement weather and excessive volume are a couple reasons delays may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience these delays might cause.

  2. In our office in some carriers don’t even bring our packages for delivery, they just notice them. Management states that in certain areas the packages get stolen often so they tell the carriers don’t bring them out, just notice them.

  3. Postal mgmt/eas show, again, their usual contempt of USPS customers

  4. 5 o’clock rule and windows of operation, last truck leaves. Why can’t this be used on cases sent to the b-team so the otdl can be compensated for not working 12 hours when the non ot carriers are forced to work. I hope our nyc business agent see’s this, maybe he would learn something.

  5. That’s nothing. I had a package “out for delivery” for five days. Finally checked up on it, lazy cca left it in office with notice left on it. Never attempted it or scanned it. Just shelved it with notice left endorsement. The future of our once proud institution.

  6. where the hell is my second incentive check, didnt get it today, isnt anything sacred to the postal service, like their word ,geez this is so unprofessional
