According to court documents on December 23, three witnesses said they saw a naked man, who they identified as Stewart, shoot 52-year-old Lance Herrera-Dempsey in the post office in Dublin.
Police say Herrera-Dempsey was Stewart’s supervisor and that Stewart was under investigation by the U.S. Postal Service.
Following the post office shooting, authorities say Stewart went to an apartment complex on Bowland Place in north Columbus.
While there, court documents state Stewart threw 53-year-old Ginger E. Ballard to the ground, causing blunt force trauma to her head which killed her instantly. Ballard was the Dublin Postmaster.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Stewart will now be assessed to see if he is a danger to the public.
Until then, Stewart will be held in federal custody.

So you tip-toe around them and hope they don’t go postal one day, like this nut did.
