This might be an inside job. Is someone from the PO notifying friends that credit cards are being delivered that day? I find it hard to believe that someone would rifle many mail boxes to find a credit card.
Unlike, electronic theft,we r likely 2 see these mail-boxes theives, being paraded in front local news TV cameras in handcuffs;on their way 2 jail. And,off 2 time in a Federal prison;depending on the severity of their crimes. This, while our nations’ law-enforement on all levels ,views computer-hacking criminals,as unstoppable;as if it was origining from a more advanced civilization ,not from planet Earth.
