Postal Service reissues Policy on Workplace Harassment

Effective March 10, 2015, the Postal Service™ reissued its Postal Service Policy on Workplace Harassment.

This policy:

  • Reaffirms the Postal Service’s commitment to pro­viding a work environment free of harassment.
  • Supersedes MOP HR-06-10-2014, Postal Service Policy on Workplace Harassment.

The Postal Service Policy on Workplace Harassment is available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website:

Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement

Effective March 10, 2015, the Postal Service™ reissued its Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement.

In accordance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC’s) Management Directive 715 (MD 715), the policy will be updated annually and promi­nently posted in all personnel offices, EEO offices, and on the agency’s internal website. This policy reaffirms the Postal Service’s commitment to equality of opportunity in every aspect of employment.

  1. If the Postal Service was serious about doing away with harassment, the would do away with pre-disciplinary interviews. (PDI) As long as PDI’s are allowed, the Postal Service will continue to have a hostile, toxic working environment.

  2. dont believe it!!!!!! don’t meet your numbers quota and you will get harrassment….bet on it!

    • Supervisors harrass employees and managers condone it and defend the supervisors. So who is going to rectify the problem?
