A car collided with a U.S. Postal Service truck in Oceanside Sunday afternoon, according to Oceanside Fire Department officials.

Emergency officials responded to Atlantic Avenue near Stevens Street at 2:15 p.m. for a car accident, officials said. First responders found that a silver Jeep had broadsided a postal service truck, fire officials said.

Thankfully, no one was seriously injured in the crash.

“ Despite the severe damage to the vehicles all injuries were minor,” Oceanside FD wrote on their Facebook page. Read more
