Former Yakima WA NALC Branch Secretary-Treasurer pleads guilty to embezzlementOn March 25, 2015, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, Henry Mayer, former Financial Secretary of National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) Local 852 (located in Yakima, Wash.), was indicted on one count of embezzlement from a labor union, in violation of 29 U.S.C. 501(c).  The indictment follows an investigation by the OLMS San Francisco-Seattle District Office.

On April 1, 2015, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, Henry Mayer, former Financial Secretary of National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) Local 852 (located in Yakima, Wash.), pled guilty to one count of embezzlement from a labor union, in violation of 29 U.S.C. 501(c).  The plea follows an investigation by the OLMS San Francisco-Seattle District Office.

Mayer is scheduled for sentencing on June 17, 2015
