FORSYTH — A U.S. postal worker in Branson who is accused of falsifying several magazine orders for a fellow employee to get back at her for rebuffing his sexual advances, will face a jury trial next year.

According to court records, Ruben Dario Rivero had been making making advances to a female postal worker. A probable cause statement from the Taney County Sheriff’s Office states that Rivero delivered flowers to the woman, told her he liked how she walked and how she looked when she was wet from rain. He allegedly sent her flowers because he thought it would cheer her up after her divorce. The victim told police that she had complained to her superiors about Rivero but that nothing was done about it. Read more
