  1. I notice that President Dump complained that Amazon pays very little in taxes. How much does the leader pay? He once said only stupid people pay taxes. So he and his rich friends can avoid taxes, while Amazon should pay up ?

  2. we deliver for little to nothing for amazon, so if we start charging more does that mean that Rolando will get us more than 1-2% raises on our next contract? nope- again it’s just a game and nothing will change, but don’t worry, cuz I have never heard of a Postal employee’s check that has bounced yet……. just sayin’

  3. soooooo……… in October we can actually start charging what we really should be anyway???

  4. Let someone else deliver Amazon 7 days a week for nothing! Until you get rid of unaccountable, incompetent postal management, the finances will only get worse and worse!

  5. President Dump knows how to run his corporation. He decides to build a office building the files for bankruptcy so that he can legally avoid paying the businessmen and workers that did the construction. His supporters don’t mind that he went bankrupt several times. As long as it didn’t affect them, they don’t care. someone else is screwed. If the postal Employees think health care prefunding is so great, force every employer in America to be so stuck! If the Postal Service must prepay health care costs 75 years in advance, so can the rest of the Federal government agencies and the business run by our leader.

  6. I have had more custom jewelers and other business people that ship a lot tell me they would exclusively use priority mail if we could guarantee two day business delivery. Their reason ? We used to have a two day delivery standard for priority mail back in the mid to late 70s; many customers feel the USPS is more secure; and the USPS will investigate losses, while other carriers write losses off as a cost of doing business. All of this started when the USPS decided it wanted to be more business like and started cutting corners, while SOX forced businesses to become more government like.

  7. The refunded retirement payments that CONGRESS mandated is what’s hurting USPS and having Trump and more politicians who haven’t got a clue is ONLY going to make it worst. Yes, letter volumes are down but the package volumes are growing!! And that is where the money is, IF WE CAN KEEP CONGRESS’ HANDS OFF OF IT!!!
