RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Congressman Donald McEachin is demanding answers from Richmond Postmaster after 8News recently spoke with a Church Hill resident regarding mailing issues.
McEachin sent a letter to the Postmaster on Monday expressing concern about the serious mail issues occurring in Church Hill and asking what is being down to fix the problems.
“I am distressed that once again my constituents are unable to rely on the accurate and safe delivery of their mail. They are finding their personal mail, including potentially legal documents, medications and household necessities, strewn across their lawns or simply undelivered,” McEachin said. “I want to know what steps are being taken immediately to remedy this unacceptable situation.” full story

THE PROBLEM IS ,not enough carriers and the mail not being processed in the sandston plant.
