So in our level 20 office there are 2 ptf clerks. One that has been there for years and me who transferred in about 3 months ago. So can anyone tell me why they are taking the senior ptf and involuntarily transferring her to another office and making her NTFT 6 day a week, 6 hours a day employee??? What ever happened to the “Right of refusal?” or did that just go away with the new contract?
So what happens to these 6 hour NTFT clerks when they reevaluate the offices each year and the are reduced to 4 hour
Remember the stupid former APWU leadership put the definition of full-time as 30 hours a week in their contract and the members voted for it, so they will probably be NTFT bids in those offices.
