“The APWU National Office will soon be conducting a test mailing to examine just how bad some of the postal delays are now that a large number of processing facilities have been closed. If you are interested in participating, the APWU will mail you a first class letter this week. On the day you receive the letter, you’ll need to sign and date the letter, and then scan/email or fax a copy of it back to us. If you would like to participate, please email me back with your name, your local, and the address to which we should send the letter.
