BERKELEY, CA — To increase public safety and ensure the sanctity of the mail during the “Free Speech” rallies in Berkeley on Sunday, August 27, the United States Postal Service, working in conjunction with the Postal Inspection Service and other law enforcement agencies, will temporarily remove blue collection boxes in the following areas:
