3/7/16 SOLON, OHIO – Solon Police continue to investigate after a crash the morning of April 1 revealed that the vehicle involved contained USPS mailbags, miscellaneous letters and packages, other individuals ID’s and debit cards all in and around the vehicle.
Police say that Brian Kilfoyle, 20 of Cleveland Heights, was arrested on Carter Street for OVI about 8:35 a.m. on April 1 following an accident where his vehicle rear-ended a car. The impactcaused his vehicle to roll over, coming to rest on its side.
During the investigation of the accident occurring on Carter Street, officers discovered USPS mailbags, miscellaneous letters and packages, other individuals ID’s and debit cards all in and around Kilfoyle’s vehicle, according to the police.
Solon Police say that he was additionally charged with receiving stolen property, a felony, and the Solon Police Detective Bureau will continue the investigation.
