I have had quite a few co workers die over the years, some were ill, some had unhealthy life styles, some were in car wrecks and some just grew old and died. This corona is serious, if you are the one dying from it, just as the regular flu is and the flu kills more people, on average, than this corona con does. The corona is being made to look worse than it is, people who die from a serious pre-existing condition are being counted as corona victims if they have a some corona in their system, even though it was not the cause of death. It may have been a contributing factor, but not the cause.
Most of the people dying already have one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel, corona just brought things to a head! Concentrate resources where there is a serious problem, but let the rest of us get on with the business of living!!!
Slim obviously doesn’t work at the Detroit post office. In fact, he sounds like a 204B
Question, did you think this person was never going to die? People are we seriously debating this? More people die every year from car accidents, the flu, etc. Yet here we are complaining about supplies when I have had co workers to pass away due to complications from the flu, no sanitizer, no wipes, etc.
Dear Slim
If I understand your reasoning right. You see problems as numbers.
I would agree with you that flu is bad. Over 200,000 in the hospital per
year, and over 25,000 deaths. Car accidents all the time before safety
changes of seat belts, air bags, changes to wind shields, along with
many other changes. These people live in the motor capitol. They could
write a book on what their families helped change to make cars safer.
I live about 3 or 4 hours from these guys down 96. Their smart people
who understand change is how lives are saved.
