(October 31, 2014) Since [Stephen] Kearney filled most every executive job on the Postal Service’s financial side, few people outside the agency are better qualified to write about postal finances.
His Oct. 7 analysis may have turned a few heads there because he declared that “the financial and liquidity crisis that USPS management declared a couple of years ago is over for now.”
And that means, Kearney said, that the chances for Congress enacting any postal reform have faded.
“When the Postal Service was down to about as many days of cash as you can count on one hand,” he wrote, “it had a pretty compelling narrative to convince everyone including Congress that major new legislation was needed.”
But the Postal Service’s latest financial report indicates that the postal financial crisis has eased, Kearney said.

Well, considering that every month/year, these clown kept crying “The sky is falling !” and “The USPS will be out of money on (insert month picked this time here) !”, no one was paying attention anyway, because anyone who has dealt with USPS for more than five seconds, would know:
a. They had no idea what they were talking about.
b. They were lying, as usual, anyway.
These crooks couldn’t run a lemonade stand, let alone a multi-billion dollar business.
