  1. Surprised he wasn’t made supervisor- that is what they usually do instead of firing people

  2. A year or two off he’ll get all back pay and leave. Guaranteed. Guy is a genius great way to get a few years off

  3. Wow the P.O. actually fired someone……just they would fired the lazy milk carriers …..steal time.

  4. we have had numerous alleged felons, drug addicts. sexual predators and otherwise scum management officials stationed and hidden in our PDC while their buddies
“investigate their cases” and find them “innocent” of all charges so that they can go back to their own facility and start over again being evil. Good luck to everyone not close to retirement. The worse is yet to come.

  5. Even though the Constitution states that criminal defendant is innocent until proven guilty, the Postal Service fires the employee. What do you expect from the Postal Service? In America, most people don’t care about what is right or wrong, but only what they can get away with. And with the amount the Postal Service pays every year in arbitration awards, it is evident the Postal Service doesn’t care!

  6. Knowing how the USPS is, they will probably screw up his termination papers, and he will get his Job back

  7. Isn’t this guy presumed innocent until proven guilty? Another rush to judgment decision by Postal Management.

  8. innocent until proven guilty……………..I know a district manager on long island, ny 117/119 who was a big coke head and was never fired………he was promoted after he came out of drug rehab. they love those kind of people, the bigger the skell, the bigger the promotion.
