10/7/18 COLUMBUS, OH (WCMH) – It’s been more than a year and a half after a postal worker tipped police off to a murder scene in South Linden, and police are still searching for suspects.
On the afternoon of Wednesday, March 27, 2017, a U.S. postal carrier was making deliveries in the neighborhood when he noticed something wasn’t right at a home on the 1000 block of East 19th Avenue. The postal carrier called police when he saw evidence of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found Donte Moorer and his girlfriend, Janelle Reese, shot to death inside the home.
