Update 6/4/14: Phoenix Post Office officials say a stolen mailbox has been found not far from where it went missing.
The United States Postal Service says the blue collection box was stolen Friday night or early Saturday and a $10,000 reward was being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
Postal Inspector Greg Torbenson says the mailbox was found Tuesday in an alley near 35th Avenue and West Earll Drive.
Torbenson says the box was damaged and there was no mail inside.

PHOENIX — A blue mail collection box was stolen in Phoenix and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward for information about the theft.
The collection box located near 35th Avenue and Earll Drive was stolen Friday night or early Saturday morning.
