Police are looking for a man who ripped a key lanyard from a USPS worker’s neck as she made a delivery in Manhattan last month.
The thief sneaked up behind the 31-year-old woman and grabbed the keys around 2:15 p.m. April 17 as the woman stopped in front of a building on Columbus Avenue, officials say. The suspect then fled west on West 95th Street.
