Harassment, Stonebrooke Oval: A fill-in mail carrier reported Aug. 27 that a resident on her postal route met up with her near his lockbox and started rubbing her thigh and making sexually explicit comments. Then as she drove away, he held onto the postal truck — as well as her leg — for several feet. In an earlier incident, she said he attempted to kiss her on the cheek at which point she extended her hand, which at the time she felt was still within the bounds of decency. In addition to contacting police, she also reporterd the latest incident to her supervisor.
