i cant stand listening to this moron talk. he sounds like he has a mouth full of nickels. plus he has more chins than a chinese phonebook.
who cares! most customers are not at home during the day. they r working. what a stupid to do. i mean, really…who friggin cares? donahoe is a jackass!
How can we tell a customer when delivery if we keep having less working hours, will they be able to call Staples?
I would like to see all of this happen!! As a retired Letter carrier and now a online retail business owner it benefit us greatly.
When I ask my customers how quickly they want their packages to arrive, so many of them sound like birds. ‘Cheap, cheap cheap!’ They do not care when they get to the destination, only that they get there. As for minute by minute tracking, nope. They want CHEAP.
