Postal Supervisor charged with stealing over $15,000 from NAPS in Fairbanks AKA federal grand jury on Wednesday indicted Kenneth James Vanderwyst, 54. Vanderwyst was vice president the Fairbanks Chapter of the National Association of Postal Supervisors until March 31, 2015, when he became President upon the retirement of the previous President.

Between about December 1, 2012, and April 7, 2015 he is accused of converting to his own use and the use of others money and funds in the approximate amount of $9,541.50 which was the property of the Fairbanks Chapter of the National Association of Postal Supervisors.

Between about December 1, 2014, and April 7, 2015 Vanderwyst is accused of access device fraud and using gift cards to misspend $5,535.55 during a one-year period.

  1. SHOCKING!!! Not really but stealing from NAPS is better than stealing from the public….I want to know where he is now, what Post Master position did he get??

    We need a TRUMP in the Post Office to clean house and start over!!
