  1. I object to any increse because all I see is the service going down hill big time. my mail arrives between 6 and 7 pm every day. when I call and complain a supv. advised me if I wanted my mail early I shoudld get a post box. I complained a second time because my outbound mail was not picked up I was advised by supv. that was a courtesy. to pick up outgoing mail, so you tell me why the service is worse and they are asking for more money.I am 70 years old living on soc sec and don’t drive, I have to depend on my neighbors to mail my bills before my service get’s shut off.
