4/25/2018 COLLIER COUNTY, Fla – Residents living in a Collier County neighborhood say they’ve had problems with their mail delivery service for more than a year.

Several neighbors say they’ve been getting each other’s mail, or haven’t received their mail at all at Tiburon at Esperanza, off Airport-Pulling Road.

“They sent medicare cards to me down here at Esperanza, I never received either card,” said one woman, who didn’t want to be identified.

Another resident, who would only give us his first name says he’s a afraid of retribution by the post office if he identified himself.

“What if they guy throws my mail some place else?  Or just decides they are not going to give it?”

Residents say they’ve been receiving other people’s bank statements, and one man said he couldn’t find his retirement check.
