Dover police said they arrested a man Wednesday after a resident of Piscataqua Road saw the trespasser in her home on a surveillance video.
Dover police said the resident contacted them after seeing a man — later identified as Richard Ringer, 39, of Raymond — in her house between 10 and 11 a.m. The resident viewed the surveillance footage on her cellphone while she was at work.
Surveillance images showed Ringer entering the residence and walking through the house, police said. At one point, the surveillance cameras captured an image of Ringer wearing a pair of the resident’s boots.
Police said it did not appear that anything was stolen.
Upon reviewing the images, Ringer was recognized as the area’s postal carrier. Police said Ringer was apparently on his postal route when he allegedly entered the home.

Hello Everyone,
Please tell me where does the USPS find these real smart and overly talented new employees they’re hiring. I dare guess, what say Ye?
I guarantee no real background check, for starters.
Good Thing;
All of the new hires are being screened for drugs, and the likes. Thats working perfect so far I’m told.
Ernie, you ain’t seen nothing. You ought see our supervisors!
Wow. She must have some massive feet for this dude to fit into her footwear!
That will never be me. I don’t think they make a pump (or a high heeled boot) in size 12 extra wide.
i guess he’s transpassing
They really are some sexy boots that i like to wear
Nah, it’s too easy.
Now I’m going to be expected to have answers on this even though it’s three towns over. Sheesh.
