Company files layoff notice for employees at USPS Bolger Center in Potomac

The company that manages the Bolger Center is laying off 261 employees at the Potomac conference facility. Dolce International, the hospitality company that manages the U.S. Postal Serivice-owned conference center, filed notice of the layoffs with the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation Oct. 22.
