Priority Mail Added as Service Option for Tobacco Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO Destinations

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Postal Service is modifying mailing regulations of tobacco shipments from the U.S. to APO/FPO/DPO destinations by expanding shipping options to include Priority Mail service with Delivery Confirmation.
