New York Mail Carrier Pleads Guilty to failing to deliver 700 pieces of mail
BUFFALO, N.Y.-U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul Jr. announced that Jennifer Serrano, 26, of Tonawanda, NY, pleaded guilty to obstruction of the mail before U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeremiah J. McCarthy.
