Temple TX: Mail in one neighborhood isn’t always ending up where it should

TEMPLE, Texas (KWTX) Residents of the Echo Village neighborhood in Temple, which is served by a cluster mailbox, say their letters, bills and packages aren’t always ending up where they should and they’re not happy about it.

“Unfortunately if it’s not our package, it’s one of the other residents in our area,” resident Chelsie Surley said.

Surley has lived in the neighborhood for the past three years and has opted to have packages delivered to her workplace or her parents’ home.

“We’re constantly having to trace down where it may or may not be,” Surley said.

  1. Customer service/satisfaction isn’t a factor in the mgmt. bonuses, so it gets ignored completely.

Hey Rolando you twit, why aren’t you making public statements about bonuses being given to mgmt ? I thought the usps was losing money, so why are bonuses being issued ?

  2. more happy customers lol………..po mismanagement will tell them to go to hell and add the interaction to the PFP bonus scam. Postal Circus OIG will take their VIG! thats all they care about lining their own pockets…..the customer be damned. its a service business…..not a PFP bonus payment plan slot machine.
