It is the policy of the U.S. Postal Service to promote the diversity and inclusion of our employees, the customers we serve, and the suppliers we do business with so that we might achieve a competitive advantage in the global marketplace.

All executives, managers, and supervisors are responsible and accountable for managing and integrating diversity and inclusion into the business management processes.
To build mutual respect into all of our relationships, employees at all levels must value the differences and cultures of others. This will require mutual adjustment and understanding. These actions are critical to diversity and inclusion becoming an integral part of the organization; not only do they benefit each employee, they also enhance our standing in the national and global marketplaces.

This looks so well “on paper” but in practice they treat minorities and people with incapacities like trash. When there is a complain, they don’t do absolutely anything. Nada. I had an EEOC and during discovery I read all the email exchanged between managers and supervisors. That’s where you can “see” their truth face, not the elegant and formal language you see in official statements such as this one. Unfortunately, the Post Office is the most corrupted institution I have ever seen. The union, at least the APWU (I don’t know about the other unions though), is not much different either. What a shame. One day, everything that is now hidden will be open on the light so everybody can see. This is what the Bible teaches. God bless the American Postal workers.
