The San Juan P&DC and Catano DMDU Annex are closed and not accepting FAST appointments.
USPS is accepting Priority Mail Express service for the following ZIP Codes: 006, 007, 008 and 009. Priority Mail Express will have a 2 day standard with no service guarantee.
The suspension of the shipment of live animals to Puerto Rico and Virgin islands for the following ZIP Codes: 006, 007, 008 and 009 remains in place

Packages are not arriving to their destination and some are being tampered with. Calling USPS for status of packages to PR is useless as a representative will only give the number to the District Post Office in PR and that number is not a working number. Calls to USPS have a wait time of 1 to 2 hours and if you leave a call back number a return call is never received. BEWARE!!!!
