USPS awards HP 10- year managed printer services contract worth up to $275 million

hplogoHP has been awarded a contract by the United States Postal Service for Managed Print Services, unmanaged printers and supplies ( except paper) .

The period of performance for the Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract includes:

  •  four (4) year base period with one (1) two-year priced option and
  • two (2) two-year unpriced options to extend for a potential total of 10 years or 120 months if all options are exercised.

The minimum contract award amount is $5,000,000. The maximum contract award amount is $275,000,000.

Hewlett-Packard Co. was ranked sixth in 2013 as USPS top suppliers and is the agency’s largest technology provider at $165 million in revenue.
