
A new feature of the Every Door Direct Mail online tool will allow customers to view and refine routes based on demographic information
This fall, USPS is adding a host of new features to the Every Door Direct Mail online tool.
Highlights include new filters that will allow customers to view and refine routes using demographic data in order to better target mailings.
Other improvements include:
- A larger, easier-to-read map.
- A “Quick-Check” feature to help customers determine if the size of a mailpiece is acceptable before they place an order.
- Improvements in Order Confirmation, Order History; and Order details, with a clearer post-order process; and order segment information.
- Updates to the internal administrative tool for approved employees that will let them change service rules and alert banners.
- Improved reporting also will be available.
