USPS hiring now for the holidays

(California) The Bay-Valley postal district  is hosting a free workshop on Sunday, September 23, 2018, to help future career employees navigate the online application process on www.usps.com/careers. Interviews will be conducted onsite.

There are immediate openings in the Contra Costa, Napa, Solano, Santa Clara and San Benito counties.

(WISCONSIN) The Oregon Post Office is hiring Rural Carrier Assistants (RCAs) to help sort and deliver the mail. No experience required, training is provided.

“We’re looking for motivated applicants,” said Oregon Postmaster Brandi Simmons. “These are part-time positions that can lead to a career with the Postal Service.”

Salary for this position is $17.40 per hour paid bi-weekly, with variable work hours and work days, including holidays and weekends. Start time is flexible and successful applicants must be available when called to report to work.

(UTAH) The Postal Service is currently hiring more than 350 employees to work at processing centers and Post Offices along the Wasatch Front.

While most of the positions are seasonal, some are longer term positions that may lead to career opportunities with the Postal Service.
