  1. Freddie and the good ole boys have sold the union paying full time letter carriers out .. Back when they powers that be arranged this cca dibocle the
Numbers of cca carriers were supposed to be kept at a under 15 % .. Now it is well over 20 % and growing … Union heads love the ccas who pay union dues and if fired have no recourse to use union representation because management can let them go at any time ..
Poorly trained and when cca holds a route down , they have no idea what cfs is and can not manage a route without causing headaches to customers …
Look around you , the cca has taken over the majority of offices , with 6.out of 10 offices with a 30% cca level !!
We are being pushed out with cheap labor and mass hiring in every region with no respecr for job performance …again union heads love the mass hiring a which in turn keeps their salaries rising along with cca hiring s…
Look at the past 10 years at the national reps and union hierarchy , they have reaped the benifits of cca union dues , with an average of 7% raises in salaries over the past 7 years !!
Time to rally and get the increase in our hourly wage , these union heads are paid by our sweat and labor … Next contract the career carrier should be compensated for the increase in all levels of parcels , letter size and bulk mailings … 7.5 % over the next 5 years is more than fair ..
Come on brothers and sisters , get involved and let the union heads know how we feel before the next sham of a contract!!
