If you began the new year resolving to get healthy, good news: USPS wants to help.
The Postal Service recently introduced a “holistic wellness” program to help employees focus on their wellbeing year-round.
The effort, which Chief Human Resources Officer Jeff Williamson discussed in a recent video, encourages employees to get the most out of their health plans.
For example, most plans make preventive care services available at no cost. Additionally, many plans offer a 24-hour nurse advice line for employees and eligible dependents.
The Postal Service’s new program also focuses on financial wellness, such as retirement planning.
More information on managing health plans is available on the LiteBlue wellness page.

How about stopping the tools and thugs from creating
a very unhealthy workroom environment with their
daily doses of harassment, stress, anxiety attacks and
overall anti wellness unmanagement stiles. Fire them
all and sick leave will decrease significantly.
