Colin named acting Eastern Area VP

Acting Eastern Area VP Joshua D. Colin
Joshua D. Colin, manager, Easter Area Operations Support, has been appointed acting Eastern Area VP.
The 26-year postal veteran with extensive customer service experience was detailed to the position made vacant by the Nov. 2 retirement of Jordan Small.
Colin is a former manager of South Jersey District. He also served as manager for Columbus and Erie Districts and is a former Columbus, OH, Postmaster.
Colin, who has a doctorate in business administration from Trident University International, also has master’s degrees in human resources management and public administration from Wilmington University. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, as well as a graduate of the Advanced Leadership Program and the Processing and Distribution Management Program.
