The Postal Service has launched Stamp Fulfillment Services Web(SFS Web), an application that simplifies stamp orders.

More than 30,000 Postal Retail Units (PRUs) in all 87 Districts completed training and are now using SFS Web to order stamps.

The application allows Postmasters, customer service managers and retail managers to track in-transit stamp orders, search stamp stock inventory by Unit Finance Number (UFN) or ZIP Code, set stamp reorder thresholds, adjust allocation for new stamp releases and view order histories.

All stamp orders submitted through SFS Web are fulfilled by facilities in Kansas City, MO, and Dulles, VA.

“Feedback on the new system has been overwhelmingly positive, with many Postmasters commenting that SFS Web is easy to navigate and very user friendly,” said Stamp Fulfillment Services Manager Khalid Hussain. Postmasters can expect to see even more features and enhancements in upcoming future releases of SFS Web, he said.

Online training is available for SFS Web. Additional information is available in the SFS Web Toolkit on Blue.
