Open season is the annual period when Postal Service employees can change their health benefits or enroll in a new plan. This year’s open season begins Nov. 9.
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) offers an online plan comparison tool that allows users to compare as many as four plans, side by side. You can see rates, coverage details, customer survey feedback on quality and more.
The open season site on LiteBlue has a link to the tool, as well as instructions on how to use it.
The site also offers additional information on open season, including FAQs, references and more.
