USPS plant consolidation schedule updated May 1, 2015

Only one plant consolidation was postponed today.  Youngstown OH P&DF was changed to TBD.  Abilene CSMPC, Corpus Christi P&DC and Hattiesburg CSMPC had theirs speeded up by a month:
