  1. Increase delivery to 7 days a week. Give every American a chance of being a Publishers Clearing House millionaire. Keep postal vehicle on the street increasing FUEL AND WORKHOUR COST WITH DECREASING REVENUE. Political brains at work ignoring waste to get a vote. The jokers are playing post office.

  2. Residential delivery 3 days is more than enough. A carrier can deliver route 1 on m/w/f and route 2 on t/t/s with a floater just like now. If it is too much for them, remind them of the 11 year old paper girl that delivers just like they do and they are not worth more than she makes.

  3. 1.6 billion dollars of Non-competitive contracts, doled out to mgmt friends and relatives, will do that to ya…..

  4. I scan MSPs that are in my wallet after I drink a few beers cuz I know the union will get my slug ass back on the job. They need all the scumbags so we will pay our dues so they can get fat just like management. Most of these full time union jack assess make more than the dumb ass EAS slackers. Salaries for Union criminals range from $80k to $222k. These hacks don’t care anymore about their members than upper management scumbags. 5 day delivery needs to happen now.

  5. Eliminate 6 DAY STREET DELIVERY. Concentrate efforts to increase parcel delivery. Consolidate-eliminate useless small community offices that are located near higher level offices in 10 mile radius of towns and nearby city finance stations. V time is being paid due to vacant routes and carriers reporting at 09;00. Contract delivery-outsource as presently being done in Fla. area.

  6. Keep paying 30 hour clerks for doing nothing. On top of that bring them in on their non-scheduled day. Great job management.

  7. The EAS people are feeling the heat right now because of all the rumors their numbers are being reduced. I will believe that when I see it. They seem to increase their numbers while craft employee’s numbers have dropped. Too much management. If a Supervisor doesn’t show up for work the mail would still get sorted and delivered. We do our jobs because we care about our customers. The worst part of our day is dealing with Management. Once we hit the street we are at peace with the world.

  8. Kevin is obviously a typical no self-worth 204b wannabe, who couldn’t handle being a carrier, so decided to lower his standards and go into mgmt.

Every carrier in the country could screw off every day, and it would still be a drop in the bucket compared to the lost, stolen and wasted $ that USPS mgmt does.

The difference of course, is that carriers are held accountable. USPS mgmt. is not.

Carriers do more work in a week than any mgmt. sleaze does in a year.

  9. How does the doctor say you can only work so many hours a day?

In what language would you like it in? But that’s pretty much what/how he/she say’s it.You can only work so many hour’s in a day.

Now he does write an give’s you how long an shit like that but it’s pretty simple. Why you ain’t feeling well? Your supervisor giving you a hard time? Alot of supervisors think their doctors, most likely from their childhood days an watching to much tube.

But most likely you will need to eat something with taking med’s an will get lazy/sleepy. Rest is your friend. How you get it? It’s up to You? On your ass/face, up to you? Hope you feel better.

Now do you mind and bend over.

  10. You say what? The Postmaster General pledges no post office closures during postal reform but closes post offices anyway.

Sick a maihandler on you, you keep up telling them lies

  11. Look at the slime trail left by that carrier slug. Carriers are the most dishonest bunch of thugs in the USPS. I see them all the time just chit chatting with people when they should be delivering mail. I see mail trucks parked at fast food places for hours and hours at a time. Then there’s the stories of all the so called carriers with restrictions that can’t do or are limited in the amount of work they can accomplish. How does a doctor say you can only work so many hours a day. What happens when you leave work. Do you go straight home and sit on your lazy ass and eat cheetos. I’m sure.

  12. And yet, the bozos that are USPS mgmt. deem it fine to still spend over $40 million on one building rehab, increase the staffing levels at HQ, and keep the private, expensive fitness center there too.

Postal mgmt = liars and thieves, at all levels.

  13. Looking at the figures it goes to show they don’t have much common sense and they planned on shutting more down than what they did. Looking at the employees pay. They were under plan. But then look at rent (over). We own most of the buildings. So how do you mess that up? Vehicle maint?!? Really. You have a fleet that’s well over 20 years old and you thought hey, we won’t need much for that? Information technology, way over cuz we know they need more tracking devices and micro managing equipment. I love seeing how the minds of these executives think. Let’s blame the craft employees when they are already overworked and we continue to beat on them some more.

  14. $500 + million of that was to the consulting company to study how to make stamps more appealing!!! Or some BS like that.
I don’t know about my fellow workers, but when I read that article, I totally gave up on this place…

  15. For the benefit of Mr. Kite
There will be a show tonight on trampoline
The Hendersons will all be there
Late of Pablo Fanque’s Fair, what a scene
Over men and horses hoops and garters
Lastly through a hogshead of real fire!
In this way Mr. K. will challenge the world!
    The celebrated Mr. K.
Performs his feat on Saturday at Bishopsgate
The Hendersons will dance and sing
As Mr. Kite flies through the ring don’t be late
Messrs. K. and H. assure the public
Their production will be second to none
And of course Henry The Horse dances the waltz-!
(Circus organ music) The band begins at ten to six
When Mr. K. performs his tricks without a sound
    And Mr. H. will demonstrate
Ten somersets he’ll undertake on solid ground
Having been some days in preparation
A splendid time is guaranteed for all
And tonight Mr. Kite is topping the bill-.
