The United States Postal Service is prequalifying Commercial Outdoor Advertising Companies (COAC) for the installation, and maintenance of an advertising structure and the marketing of the billboard space to be placed on the Premises as described: Denver – Vehicle Maintenance Facility (VMF), 915 S. Logan Street, Denver CO 80209-4195.

The USPS is interested in selecting the most highly qualified COAC for this specific project.  The USPS intends to evaluate the qualifications of interested COAC entities and then enter into lease negotiations and ultimately a lease agreement with the selected respondent.

All work for this project must be performed in accordance with any and all municipal, federal, state and county     governmental laws, statutes, rules, regulations and covenants pertaining to the use of this premises which shall include obtaining any and all licenses, zoning and permits for the Billboard at the COAC’s sole cost and expense. The work shall be completed within 365 days with a potential for a 6 month extension with meaningful progress, at the sole discretion of the USPS. USPS shall own the Billboard and the rights to the permits at the expiration and/or early termination of the lease. The selectee shall be responsible for all costs incurred by selectee without charge or deduction from the USPS irrespective as to whether or not USPS makes an award or terminates negotiations and/or or does not award a lease agreement.
