USPS update on Napa and Vallejo delivery and retail operations

The California Bay Valley area remains in recovery phase following a 6.1 earthquake that hit the area Aug 23. The Postal Service is committed to ensuring that delivery and retail service remain intact.

Retail and PO Box customers will continue to be served at the Napa Main Post Office, 1625 Trancas Street, Napa, CA 94558. There is a mobile unit on site to provide postal services. Caller service hours for PO Box customers are from 9 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Photo ID required. Napa Main Post Office customers who put in a “Vacation Hold” are cautioned that their mail will not be released until the re-deliver date because vacation-hold mail will be kept at the leased building on Napa Valley Corporate Drive.

PO Box customers from the Franklin Post Office, 1351 2nd Street, 94559 will continue to pick up their mail at the Wine Valley Post Office, 820 Randolph Street, Napa CA 94559. PO Box Will-Call hours are 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PO Box customers must provide photo ID.

Redirections are in place for Napa, Franklin and Vallejo locations.

Drop Shipment Redirections:
(Update effective Sept. 3) Napa Main PO, 94558. The redirection site will no longer be Oakland P&DC. The new location DDU/RDU location is 2751 Napa Valley Corporate Drive Building #3, Napa, CA 94558.

Franklin Station PO, 94559 REDIRECTED TO – Oakland P&DC, 1675 7th St, Oakland, CA 94615.
Vallejo Main PO, 94590 REDIRECTED TO – Springtown PO, 100 Admiral Callaghan Ln, Vallejo, CA 94591.
