Valpak is helping raise national awareness of the 2014 Stamp out Hunger Food Drive through a direct mail campaign.
The company mails coupons and other offers to almost 40 million households monthly.
Valpak is helping promote the food drive by using specially marked inserts across the country, reminding customers to donate non-perishable food through the campaign Saturday, May 10.
Customers can leave donations at their mailbox on Saturday, May 10 and their letter carrier will pick them up.
Additionally, Valpak is making some of its offices drop-off locations and organizing volunteer efforts in its communities.
The day of the food drive, Valpak employees also will volunteer to work alongside employees at Tampa Bay, FL, area Post Offices to help collect donations.
