That’s not ‘easy,’ at least not for unions

  1. Alas, our dear old Postal Service is going the way of the typewriter companies. Saving the Postal Service as we knew it is like saving outdated technology. The times they are a changing, and there is nothing that we can do about it. The Staples arrangement is a harbinger of things to come. As we become more irrelevant, our remaining work will be farmed out any orgainization willing to do it.

“Mamas, don’t let your babies grow up to be Letter Carriers…” “Make ’em be doctors and lawyers and such…” There is no future in traditional letter mail.

  2. Love my Staples PO. Professional and know what customer service means. I hope to never go in a PO again.

  3. Ed. Schultz, I wonder how much money you got to support the APWU…He will only talk about the unions who give him money then he goes on his lame show to promote what they want…For any union leader to be associated with him is pathetic….And it is very intresting on alot of these comments on this site, more and more people are getting fustrated with the pathetic union in the USPS and their leadership…..Wake up people. They take your money and do nothing with it…5 day here we come

  4. Americans want their mail handled by USPS employees. On Sept. 25, 2012, postal inspectors installed a surveillance camera in a postal service employee’s delivery vehicle and planted five pieces of first-class mail from cooperative customers along her route. The camera showed the USPS employee open one of the test mail pieces, a greeting card, and remove $30 cash, the inspector said. Hell ya I want security & sanctity of my mail!

  5. Great photo opp Mark! I’m sure you will get those Staples jobs posted for me to bid on soon enuf!

  6. Hey does anybody know where Guffey is. Did he go to work for dumbahoe or is he working as a lobbyist for the private mailers.
